Low-Income Home Entergy Assistance Program, or Utility Bill And Assistance Service, for the Elderly and Disabled is a form of utility and electric bill payment assistance. Payments are made directly to Entergy, Demco, Baton Rouge Water Works, etc., on eligible families' behalf. This program is put in place to assist those that need help regardless of location.
